Shipping:

All shipments are insured.
We ship within 1 Business days of order.
We ship from Ontario.
Average ship times outside Ontario or Quebec are 3 to 5 Business Days.
Average ship times for Ontario or Quebec are 1 to 2 Business days.

Costs for shipping are based on the total price of your order.

Example:
Order Total $1 to $99.99 Shipping Charge $10 Order Total $100 to $149.99 Shipping Charge $12 Order Total $150 to $199.99 Shipping Charge $15 Order Total $200 or more Shipping Charge $20

Returns:

Online Returns
30 day return or exchange online policy. Returning merchandise must not be used or opened. Merchandise must be in a resalable condition. All returns and exchanges must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Email before sending merchandise and to obtain an RA#.

In-Store Returns

The Birth Experience will gladly exchange, refund or give you a store credit for your purchase when accompanied by an original sales receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days the product is considered final sale.

Details
All shipping charges are non-refundable. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
All products must be unused and in original packaging for a return or exchange to be processed.
There will be a 10% Restocking charge on all returns.
No refunds and no exchanges without a store receipt.
All Sale and Clearance Items are Final Sale (no refund or exchange).
A store receipt is required for all transactions after purchase ex: warranty claims.
Returns will be credited using the same tender the purchase was made.
Feeding products and Special Order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Management reserves the right to refuse a return based on product condition.
All feeding products (bottles, pacifiers, sterilizers, etc), breast shields, are a final sale due to the nature of the goods.
Sorry there are no exceptions.
